We generally ship out orders within 24 hours to 2 days of submission.
All orders placed before 1 pm (EST) will have priority for same day processing and will be attempted to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm (EST) will be processed the next business day.

A shipment notification email will be sent to the registered email address containing tracking information of the package.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges under all circumstances. If a package is returned to us, the Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
International order shipping cost must also be paid by you the drop shipper. Once the shipping company picks up your package we are not responsible for your merchandise.
If a customer wants us to ship their order, after the order is placed we will send you a shipping quote for you to pay for shipping. After the shipping is paid for we will ship your order.
We do not hold responsibility nor is liable for lost/stolen packages.
Lost Or Stolen Package Policy
If your order is lost or stolen a UPS or USPS claim will be filed on your behalf by us. After the Claim is filed and completed by UPS or USPS, the conclusion of the investigation will determine whether a Full Refund will be given. The Customer must wait for the claim to be finished before any refunds are processed.

Estimated Delivery date does not include several factors including, postal service delays, Processing time in our warehouse - how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for your shipment. Some orders may take longer to process/assemble before we are able to ship them.
